Irrigation

Blackley Construction has undertaken a number of irrigation projects for clients ranging from small private land owners through to sports fields and large corporates such as the Fonterra Co-Operative Group.

These projects have included both fixed in-ground complete irrigation systems through to pipe work for travelling and pivot irrigators.

With experienced pipe layers and appropriate equipment for the excavation of the pipe trenches, we work closely with the system designers and material suppliers to ensure that all best practices are followed. We have installed more than 150,000m of pressure pipe for irrigation systems using rubber ring joint PVC, solvent cement PVC and polyethylene pipe.
